Annual gynecologic examinations are a significant part of preventive health care for women of all ages. Our highly trained and experienced staff of board certified physicians, Dr. Rose L. Magness, FACOG, Dr. Patricia T. Stafford, FACOG, and certified nurse practitioners Pamela Reynolds, MSN, APN, C; and Ashley John, MSN, APN, C; are all available for routine, well woman examinations.


Our physicians have special expertise in treating simple and complex female disorders, including pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, menopause, and perimenopause, and are skilled in advanced laparoscopic procedures, as well as colposcopies and other gynecologic office procedures. We also specialize in performing NovaSure® endometrial ablation. A same-day surgical procedure with a proven, high success rate and minimal "down time," NovaSure is a safe and popular alternative to hysterectomy for treating heavy menstrual bleeding.

Rose L Magness MD, FACOG

Rose L Magness MD, FACOG

Dr. Rose Magness is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Born in Philadelphia, Dr. Magness received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and remained in Philadelphia to complete her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. The recipient of many awards, she was voted a "Top Doc" by the readers of Inside NJ Magazine in 2010 and 2013, a “Top Doc” by the readers of the Courier-Post in 2012, named a NJ Monthly “Top Doctor” in 2013, Voted "Best OB/GYN of South Jersey Reader's Choice, Couriers-Post 2015, Voted "Best Doctors" and "Best Physicians for Women" South Jersey Magazine 2015. She has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for nearly 30 years.

Patricia T Stafford MD, FACOG

Dr. Patricia Stafford is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a diplomate of the America Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Stafford completed her medical training in Philadelphia, where she earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and performed her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Most recently, Dr. Stafford was voted a “Top Doc” by the readers of the Courier-Post in 2013. She has been in private practice in the field of obstetrics and gynecology for 25 years.

Pamela A Reynolds RN, NPC

Pamela Reynolds is a certified women's health nurse practitioner and is colposcopy certified by Planned Parenthood Federation of America. After receiving her bachelor of science degree in nursing from York College, she earned her nurse practitioner degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Pamela was previously a gynecologic oncology nurse. She enjoys caring for women at all stages of life.

Ashley M. John, APN

Ashley John is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She has over 8 years of diverse nursing and nurse practitioner experience. Ashley began her career at Staten Island University Hospital, where she worked for seven years as both an ICU and PACU nurse, providing care to critically ill patients and supporting them through recovery. For the past year, Ashley has been serving as a Women’s Health Provider at Planned Parenthood, where she focuses on comprehensive reproductive and gynecologic care. Ashley's background allows her to blend acute care expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to women’s health.

Ashley began her career at Staten Island University Hospital, where she worked for seven years as both an ICU and PACU nurse, providing care to critically ill patients and supporting them through recovery.
